INGREDIENTS :

  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Courgettes
  • Peppers
  • Okra
  • Aubergine
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped peeled tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Meat

METHOD :

  • Wash and slice vegetables (potatoes, carrots, courgettes, peppers, aubergines, okra) and your chosen meat into 1 cm dices.
  • Fry the vegetables (and your chosen meat) in butter for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • Fry the chopped tomatoes, onions and parsley and season with salt and pepper until most of the water has evaporated.
  • Mix the vegetables and meat back in.
