Fergese Verore

INGREDIENTS :

  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 green pointed peppers, sliced in discs
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • A bunch of parsley
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

METHOD :

  • Chop and fry the onion until golden.
  • Slice the peppers in discs pieces and mix them in along with the paprika and fry for 5 more minutes.
  • Put the tomatoes in a food processor and mix them into the pan and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl stir the cottage and feta cheese. Chop the garlic and stir it in with a crack of pepper. Mix this into the pan and transfer the mixture to an ovenproof tray.
  • Heat in a fan oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve it hot, garnishing with fresh parsley, bread and some olive oil.
