INGREDIENTS :
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 8 green pointed peppers, sliced in discs
- 1 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- A bunch of parsley
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Olive oil
METHOD :
- Chop and fry the onion until golden.
- Slice the peppers in discs pieces and mix them in along with the paprika and fry for 5 more minutes.
- Put the tomatoes in a food processor and mix them into the pan and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl stir the cottage and feta cheese. Chop the garlic and stir it in with a crack of pepper. Mix this into the pan and transfer the mixture to an ovenproof tray.
- Heat in a fan oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve it hot, garnishing with fresh parsley, bread and some olive oil.
