Pistachio ryebread

INGREDIENTS :

  • 400g wheat flour
  • 400g rye flour
  • 700g water
  • 1 portion of sourdough (instructions can be found here)
  • 1 bag of pistachios (walnuts and pecans make good substitutes)
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 bag of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame etc)
